I’ve never ordered meat online before - is it safe?

Yes! We have spent lot of time testing our packaging with the manufacturers of our packaging to ensure it works.

Our specially designed boxes, insulating bags and frozen gel ice packs are all manufactured and tested rigorously for their insulating capabilities.

How fresh are your products?

All of our fresh meat & poultry products are prepared fresh by our butchers for you in house on the day of dispatch.

Our seafood is sourced fresh from the market on the day of dispatch.

Unlike other online meat suppliers our products are not ordered in advance or shipped around before they are sent to you. They are prepared and delivered fresh to you within 24 hours of preparation and/or manufacture in our factory.

We control the manufacturing process from end to end to giving you peace of mind that you are getting the freshest, leanest, most premium fitness food there is available on the market!

How do you differ from other online meat suppliers?
We believe in offering amazing value for money. You won’t find cheap imported products on our website (or gimmicky promotions giving away free meat! Free meat = unhappy animals!) We only buy from suppliers we know and trust and all of our manufactured products are made fresh by us in house on the day of dispatch.

Where are your products sourced from?

At we believe in quality. Where possible, all of our products are sourced from the UK & Ireland. We source from further afield ONLY when products are not available locally or if those products deliver better quality for our customers.

All of our products are responsibly sourced with the highest consideration given to animal welfare. We never add water, salt or any other additives to any of our products guaranteeing you the highest quality products to help you reach your fitness goals.

Our suppliers have been involved in food production in for generations. They are BRC AA rated, EC certified and supply some of leading restaurant chains and food retailers.

We deal on a daily basis with local farmers many of whom we know personally who supply us with quality local produce.

Can FitFodder products be frozen?

Yes! Everything is prepared FRESH for you on the day of dispatch - it will arrive ice packed and can be used from the fridge or frozen for future use.

What are delivery charges?

GUARANTEED delivery to addresses in the UK and Republic of Ireland on your chosen delivery date costs just £4.99 per order but is FREE on all orders over £75!

How secure is payment? does NOT store your payment information. We use PayPal and Stripe to collect payment.

Both Stripe and PayPal are leading payment platforms who are at the cutting edge of online payment security. Your eligible purchases are protected if there is a problem and you can speed through checkout in a few clicks.

Do I receive an invoice?

You will receive an order confirmation from us to tell you that your order has been received at HQ. You'll also receive a receipt for payment via Paypal or Stripe showing that payment has been made to FitFodder Limited.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

When will my order arrive?

You can choose your delivery date when ordering. We currently deliver across the UK & Ireland Tuesday to Friday.

Orders received after 12 noon on Thursday are dispatched for next day delivery the following Monday. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to Uzbekistan or the Moon (yet).

We cannot guarantee next day delivery to some addresses in the Highlands and Islands - please contact us if you are unsure about your address.

Why is there a minimum order value?

Due to the cost of our hi-tech chilled packaging (which allows us to deliver your products with maximum freshness and awesomeness), there is a minimum order value in place of £25 for chilled products. We also have a £10 minimum order for ambient items.
