Start the day of the correct way by making a tasty, filling, morish breakfast! This recipe is so simple and we have used Pure Peanut Butter but you can switch the nut butter to a flavoured one or even cashew or almond!
2 small bananas, sliced
2 tbsp nut butter
2tsp maple syrup
300ml 0% fat greek yogurt
A few blueberries to decorate
- In a bowl loosely swirl together the almond butter and yogurt.
- Using small jars, glasses or bowls layer the yogurt mix, sliced banana and a drizzle of syrup.
- Top with a few blueberries.
If using jars, put their lids on, otherwise cover with cling film and chill until needed.
